Our Story

Subtlety is an art, and we, at Pita Nila have found our canvas in this brand. Through a range of staple Indian silhouettes of anarkalis, sarees, lehengas and the likes, in a palette largely featuring pastel favourites like powder blue, peach, periwinkle and peony - Pita Nila adds warmth and color to an otherwise dreary day.

An amalgamation of the Sanskrit words for the color yellow and blue, the brand stands for freshness and stability. Our founder and designer, Snehal Jain’s roots as a textile designer from NIFT Delhi come through in the treatment of each garment - right from using pure fabrics in dainty pastel hues, to imagining the most intricate of patterns, to artfully designing it into unique prints that are hand-painted and digitally transferred to fabrics and then hand embroidered to perfection.
