Return Due to Change Of Mind

Pita Nila will not be able to accept returns/ offer exchange due to any reason (except damaged/ defective product), once an order has been delivered as the garments are made to order.

 

Return Due to Alteration Requests

In case of alternations, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you (courier charges will be applicable for the same).

 

Returns Due to Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged/ defective, we will assist in the replacement of the same. Please send us an email detailing out the damage/ defect in the product - along with a photo, at info@pitanila.com, within 24 hours of receiving your order. All returns will be subject to our verification. Once your return request is received and verified - we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon authorization of return, we will gladly offer you an exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis.
